2. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Prices are listed per group and are subject to change without notice.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by service and booking platform. Please refer to the specific cancellation policy presented at the time of booking. Old City Shuttle reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to weather, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Passenger Conduct

All passengers must comply with the instructions of the chauffeur at all times. Old City Shuttle reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger who is disruptive, intoxicated, or poses a safety risk. No refunds will be issued in such circumstances.

5. Liability

Old City Shuttle operates fully insured, licensed, and inspected vehicles. However, we are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property except where required by applicable law. Passengers ride at their own risk and are responsible for their own belongings.

6. Seasonal Services

The Nights of Lights RideShare is a seasonal service available during the Nights of Lights event period in St. Augustine (typically November through January). Availability is subject to the official event schedule and may change without notice.
